Pricing & Quotes
- All quotes are estimates and may change on-site
- Extra charges may apply for:
- Emergency or after-hours work
- Difficult access or unsafe conditions
- Additional labor or materials
Scheduling
- Appointments required
- Please provide at least [24/48] hours notice for cancellations
- We may reschedule due to weather or equipment issues
Payment
- Cash payments due upon completion, credit/debit cards are ran the day of service unless otherwise agreed
- Late payments may incur fees
Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure clear and safe access to septic system
- Mark tank location if known
- Inform us of any hazards (buried lines, structures, etc.)
Liability
- We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage or unknown conditions
- Damage due to inaccessible or unsafe work areas
- No guarantees on system condition beyond the service performed
